CHARACTER AND PERSONALITY

Stephen R. Covey teaches that every individual has the potential for greatness.We used to say, “Focus on your business and you’ll see results”, but we were absorbed with watching t.v. quite a bit. Now, we are no longer doing that. We never have the t.v. on unless we are watching a movie that we’ve decided to watch for our family night, which is about once a week. We have family game night as well once a week. This is because family is definitely important and part of what having a strong character is about. If you aren’t making time for family, then how can life have true meaning? The whole reason you’re building a business is so you can have more quality family time, so you have to show them they are the most important.

At the same time as showing how important family is, you also have to prove by your actions that you’re doing what you are teaching such as not watching t.v. so that you can really focus on the tasks at hand. We apologize for not doing that in the past. Over the past few years, we’ve learned to prioritize and put working on our business up there on the list, so that we can improve our skills and really grow our business, thus helping more people.
