Every successful person is excellent at what they do.  Before they start, they commit themselves to becoming excellent.
Only the top 5-10% are Excellent.
The top 20% of sales people make 16 times the average income of the bottom 80%.
Prudential Insurance company did a study on their agents and the results were astounding:
The average income of the top 20% of the top 20% (top 4%) made 32X the average income of the bottom 80%.
The average income of the top 20% of the top 20% of the top 20% (top .8%) made 54X the average income of the bottom 80%.
No matter what region, what economy, in every office of 50 agents, there was one that made 54 times the average income of the other agents.
They commit themselves to excellence.  They read books by the top agents. They listen to audios by the top agents. They go to events and surround themselves with the top agents to learn everything they can from them.
If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way.
The harder you work, the better you get.

The market only pays excellent rewards for excellent performance.
